(Notes)
・Select three professors from whom you would like to receive supervision, from your first choice to your third choice.
・The faculty advisor decided in April is your transitional advisor. You may request your main academic supervisor who is different from the faculty advisor.
・Considering your research theme, GSID will decide on your academic advisor.
・In case that a specific advisor is chosen by more than a certain number of students, GSID will adjust the requests to keep the right numbers of students per advisor.
・MEXT scholarship students cannot change their academic advisors. Therefore, please choose the same advisor of your own in all three questionnaires in the form.
