Dear All Students,

The following training will be conducted on the above topics.

Notice
1. Purpose:
The misuse of research funds that occurred at Nagoya University in 2022 became a major problem,as students were also involved in the misappropriation.
As a preventive measure, we created an e-learning program for students so that they can learn the rules for executing research expenses at the Institute and act according to the rules when receiving travel expenses, grants, salaries, and purchasing goods.
In addition, for those who are engaged in research activities at Nagoya University, education on research ethics is provided every year through e-learning under the “Nagoya University Measures to Prevent Research Misconduct (decided by the Education and Research Council on September 6, 2022),” and therefore students who are learning about the rules of research funding are also required to learn about research ethics at the same time.2.
