AY2025 Fall Application for Small Study Rooms for DC Students

Dear DC Students,

We will accept additional applications from Doctoral students who wish to use study rooms for 2025 academic year.

[Deadline]
September 16 (Tuesday), 2025 by 12 p.m.

 

[Note]
*Permitted Period of Use is from October 2025 to March 2026.

*Students who will take leave of absence as of October 2025 are not eligible to apply.

*Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

*Room number will be assigned by GSID Office and change room request will not be accepted.

*The number of desks is limited. Not everyone will be assigned. (If the maximum number of people is exceeded, there will be a random drawing.)

*The room allocation will be announced on September 30 (Tuesday).
