Dear GSID students,

We would like to inform you about the final Registration Correction for this semester as follows.

-For students enrolled in/before 2019,

We have sent your Check Sheet for GSID class registration to your university email address  “mbox” on April 28.

Please check it by yourself. Any adds or deletes of registration should be done with a Registration Correction Form linked below as an attachment via e-mail.

-For students enrolled in/after 2020,

Registration Confirmation is available on NU portal from May 7 to May 11.

Please check it for your own registration/correction that was made on NU portal by April 19.

If further correction is needed, you cannot revise it on NU portal by yourself.

Please send a Registration Correction Form linked below as an attachment via e-mail.

【How to submit】

1.Please download “Registration Correction Form” below and fill in the requirements in the form.

2.Please submit it to GSID office as an attachment via e-mail.

※We can accept e-mail sent from university email address (“mbox”address) only.

※Please title of your attachment file as “Registration Correction_student ID”

※ The title of email has to be “Registration Correction_studentID_Yourname”.

 

【Submission Deadline】

May 12 (Wed), 5:00 p.m. (JST). No delay is accepted.

※ This correction will be reflected to the “Confirmation of Registered Course” on NU portal on/after May 20 (Thu.) for students who enrolled in/after 2020. Please check it by yourself.

 

【Notes】

･Please consult with your supervisor about your registration revision and get his/her approval before submission.

And you are asked to get an instructor’s agreement to add and/or cancel his/her class.

･Official class registration will not completed only by asking a lecturer to add/delete you on NUCT.

･With regard to classes offered by Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences and other graduate schools, please check each website by yourself for Registration Correction.

･This correction is the final and you cannot make revisions on your registration after this period.

･Notably for MC students, confirm carefully that you have registered the academic advisor’s appropriate seminar. Failing to do so may result that you will not graduate in two years.

【Q&A】

・ What is 時間割コード(Registration Code)? 

It is the 7 digits of course code. For example, the Registration Code of Introduction to International
Development is 3050000.

・I’d like to delete one spring intensive course and add another spring intensive course. In this case, do I need to fill 曜日(Day), 時限 (Period) section? 

In that case, please select 集中/Intensive for 曜日(Day) section.
