To submit your MC thesis, please follow the instruction below by Friday, January 6th, 2023, 4:00PM (JAPAN time).
Any delay will Not be accepted.
And please note that the oral Examination will be conducted in-person as of now.

1. PDF of the thesis named “thesis2022_student ID”
2. PDF of the summary of thesis named “summary2022_student ID”
Upload them to the assignments of the worksite “Master Thesis Before Oral Examination GSID ” on NUCT.
Hard copies are Not necessary.

※Please make sure that the title of your Master’s Thesis and your name appear the same way on all documents.
Your name must appear the same way completely to the one confirmed by Diploma Details Confirmation Form.

3. Confirmation Form for Plagiarism Check
Please send a file named “plagiarismform_student ID” to your adviser by email,
requesting confirmation and forwarding to GSID Office at gsidoffice@t.mail.nagoya-u.ac.jp.
In this manner, we skip the advisor’s seal.
Hard copy is Not necessary.
