To M2 students who have submitted a master’s thesis,

This message is to inform the Oral Examination for Master’s Degree as
below.

Date: Monday, January 30, 2023
Note: All examinations will be conducted in-person.

1. All examinees are required to come to the seminar room #6 (515, 5F) 30 minutes before your examination starts, and wait to be called by examiners.

2.In the oral examination, examinees are only allowed to refer to the printed Master’s thesis and printed summary of the thesis.

3. Your thesis and summary have been delivered to examiners in advance.

4. Make-up Exam will be conducted for students who could not take the
Oral Examination due to serious illness on that day.
In this case, please contact the GSID office as soon as possible.
