This is GSID Office.
We are writing to inform you that we will accept applications from Doctoral students who wish to use study rooms for 2023 academic year.

Please submit an application form after you read the rules below carefully.

※Permitted Period of Use is from April 2023 to March 2024.

[How to Submt]
Please submit the application form via e-mail to GSID Office. The deadline of the application is on March 17 (Friday).

Those who are currently using small rooms should bring all their personal belongings back home by Friday, March 24, regardless of whether they are going to use the rooms in the next semester. We will check each room sometime after that day.

If you are a room coordinator, please make sure that your room is clean and check if all luggage is being carried out by March 24 (Friday).

[Note]

*Application is only once a year (March), and the permission period is from April to March of the following year.

*Students who will take leave of absence as of April 2023 are not eligible to apply.

*Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.

*During the period from March 25 to April 2, the rooms cannot be used. The room allocation will be announced on April 3 (Monday).

However, during this period, you can temporarily place your personal belongings in the Seminar room 4＆5.
