The Final Registration Correction for 2023 Spring Semester

Dear GSID students,

We would like to inform you about the final Registration Correction for this semester as follows.

 

【Confirmation of Spring Semester Class Enrollment 】

Start of confirmation of Spring Semester Class Enrollment (by students, 2nd round) is from May 2 (Tue, from 9:00 AM).

First, please carefully check your spring semester modified (additional) course application by 1:00 p.m. on April 18.

If further correction is needed, please make an application as follows.

 

【How to submit】

1.Please download “Registration Correction Form” below and fill in the requirements in the form.

2.Please submit it to GSID office as an attachment from university e-mail address.

※Please title of your attachment file as “Registration Correction_student ID”

※ The title of email has to be “Registration Correction_studentID_Yourname”.

 

【Submission Deadline】

May 10 (Wed) 5:00 p.m. (JST). No delay is accepted.

※ This correction will be reflected to the “Confirmation of Registered Course” on NU portal on/after May 19 (Fri) for students who enrolled in/after 2020. Please confirm it by yourself.

 

【Notes】

・Please consult with your supervisor about your registration revision and get his/her approval before submission.

And you are asked to get an instructor’s agreement to add and/or cancel his/her class.

・Please be sure to check the NU Portal for the status of your course registration.

・Official class registration will not be completed only by asking a lecturer to add/delete you on TACT.

・Regarding the courses offered by Institute of Liberal Arts and Sciences and other graduate schools, please check each website by yourself for Registration Correction.

・This correction is the final, and you cannot make any revisions on your registration after this period.

・Notably for MC students, confirm carefully that you have registered the academic advisor’s appropriate seminar. Failing to do so may result that you will not graduate in two years.
