This is a notification on the submission of  “Diploma Details Confirmation Form”.

The deadline for submission is 16:00 on Friday, June 21.

We have distributed the “Diploma Details Confirmation Form” to the mailbox in Room 305, along with Instructions and Examples of Correction.

Please go check your box, and correct your form carefully if there are any errors, and submit it to the collection box No. 12 in front of GSID Office.
