This is GSID Office.
We are writing to inform you that we will accept applications from Doctoral students who wish to use study rooms for 2024 academic year.

[Deadline]
The registration deadline is on September 6 (Friday), 2024 by 5p.m.

[Note]
* Permitted Period of Use is from October 2024 to March 2025.

*Students who will take leave of absence as of October 2024 are not eligible to apply.
*Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
*Room number will be assigned by GSID Office and change room request will not be accepted.

*The number of desks is limited (5 desks). Not everyone will be assigned. If the maximum number of people is exceeded, there will be a random drawing.
* Those who will graduate in September should bring all their personal belongings back home by Friday, September 20. We will check each room sometime after that day. If you are a room coordinator, please make sure that your room is clean and check if all luggage is being carried out by Friday, September 20.

*We will conduct the application for small study room on March 2025 annually and request all DC students who are using a small study room to clean and take away all your personal belongings at that time for reallocation.

*The room allocation will be announced onTuesday, October 1.
