Dear M2 students who will graduate in March 2025 (AY2024),
This is a notification on the submission of “Application for Master’s Thesis Evaluation” and “Diploma Details Confirmation Form”.
*The deadline for submission is 16:00 on Friday, November 22 *(strict observance of the deadline).
１）Application for Master’s Thesis Evaluation
Please refer to the GSID website below and make sure to submit the ”Application for Master’s thesis Evaluation” to GSID Office “through your academic advisor”.
２）Diploma Details Confirmation Form
We have distributed the “Diploma Details Confirmation Form” to the mailbox in Room 305, along with Instructions and Examples of Correction.
The diploma to be issued upon completion of the MC program will be based on the Diploma Details Confirmation Form that you are submitting at this time.
Please go check your box, correct your form carefully if there are any errors and submit it to the collection box No. 12 in front of GSID Office.
