AY2025 April Application for Small Study Rooms for DC Students
Dear Doctoral Students,
This is GSID Office.
We are writing to inform you that we will accept applications from Doctoral students who wish to use study rooms for 2025 academic year.

The registration deadline is on March 12 (Wednesday), 2025 by 5 p.m. Japan Time.
[Note]
* Applications are accepted only once year in March. Permitted Period of Use is from April 2025 to March 2026.
*Students who will take leave of absence as of the spring semester AY2025 are not eligible to apply.
*Applications will not be accepted after the deadline.
*Room number will be assigned by GSID Office and change room request will not be accepted.
*The number of desks is limited. Not everyone will be assigned. (If the maximum number of people is exceeded, there will be a random drawing.)
* Those who are currently using small rooms should bring all their personal belongings back home by Tuesday, March 18, regardless of whether they are going to use the rooms from April. We will check each room sometime after that day. If you are a room coordinator, please make sure that your room is clean and check if all luggage is being carried out by Tuesday, March 18.
*We will conduct the application for small study room on March 2026 annually and request all DC students who are using a small study room to clean and take away all your personal belongings at that time for reallocation.
*During the period from March 19 to March 31, the rooms cannot be used. The room allocation will be announced on April 1(Monday).
From March 13, you can temporarily place your personal belongings in the Seminar room 5.
However, please do not leave valuables behind and take them home with you.
