To M2 students who have submitted a master’s thesis,

This is to inform the Oral Examination for AY2024 Master’s Degree as follows.

Date: Thursday, January 30, 2025
Note: All examinations will be conducted in-person.

Please check your time on the Timetable in the e-mail sent to each student’s University e-mail address for details of the time schedule.

1. All examinees are required to come to the seminar room #6 (515, 5F) 30 minutes before your examination starts, and wait to be called by examiners.

2. In the oral examination, examinees are only allowed to refer to the printed master’s thesis and printed summary of the thesis.

3. Your thesis has been delivered to examiners in advance.

4. Make-up exam will be conducted for students who could not take the Oral Examination due to serious illness or accidents on that day.
In this case, please contact the GSID Office as soon as possible.
