Dear GSID students,

Please follow the guidance below regarding the implementation of the “Annual Information Security Training for AY 2025”.

All GSID students  “MC/DC students and Research Students”  have to finish this Security Check.

If you have any questions regarding this matter, please contact the above.

Details:
1. Please complete the training by May 9 (Fri).

(If you do not complete the training by July 31 (Thu), your THERS account will be restricted, and you will not
be able to use the campus information services authenticated by THERS account.)
2. All  students (including  research students)at Nagoya University are required to participate.

3. The procedure is as follows:

How to

(i) Access the Annual Information Security Training site.

https://ist.nagoya-u.ac.jp/
(ii) Enter your THERS account and log in.
(iii) Select either the English version or the Japanese version (年次情報セキュリ
ティ研修)
(iv) Start the Annual Information Security Training for Academic Year 2025.
4. If you fail to pass, you will need to repeat the course until you pass.
