Dear Students, who are expected to complete this coming March,

Graduates will receive the following certificates along with their degrees free of charge on the day of the degree conferment ceremony (four copies in total).

1. graduation certificate (JP/EN): 1 copy each
2. academic transcript (JP/EN) : 1 copy each

If you need more than this, please apply as follows.

March 1, 2026 (Sunday)

Due to the schedule for issuing certificates, we CANNOT accept additional application form after deadline.

 

【How to apply】

Please check “Preparation for Graduation” on the GSID website and submit the application from NU-mado.

“Certificate Issuance Application”

After the date of completion, an issuance fee will be charged.
