AY2021 Application for Small Study Rooms for DC Students

This is to inform that we will accept applications from Doctoral Students who wish to use study rooms for AY2021.

Due to the delay of application period than usual and some students told us that it is difficult time to move/change their seating arrangement of study rooms.
After consulting with the dean, for this year, we decided to allocate new applicants to vactant seats instead of relocating everyone.
This is a one-time special decision for this academic year only and it will not set a precedent.

【How to Apply】
Please submit the form after you read the rules below carefully.
The deadline of the application is 17:00, April 22 (Tue) 2021.

【Notification】
・Those who are under leave of absence during 2021 spring semester is not eligible.
・As described in the “Rules”, we will conduct the application for small study room on March 2022 and request all DC students who are using small study rooms to clean and take away all your personal belongings. Students whose remaining enrollment period is a half year(until September 2022) at that time will also have to move their seat arrangement. If you cannot agree on this, we cannot allow the application for this year.
・The students who are currently using small study rooms have to submit the application form for this academic year by the deadline.
・Please write the Permitted Period of Use of the application form as [April 2021 – March 2022].

We will inform you the result of room allocation on May 10 (Mon), 2021.
